  • Represent JetBlue at project meetings with Flight Operations Interest Group (FOIG) of the Airlines for America in creating XML schema for manufacturers' minimum equipment lists and revising Spec 2300.
  • Develop and administer website for project and asset management for our publications group.
  • Wrote and managed departmental newsletter from April 2009 to August 2010.
  • Serve on New Electronic Office Vanguard group to beta test new technologies, create FAQs, and serve as ambassador for IT in transitioning to new technology.
